Do you ship internationally?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our fairy seamstresses need about 1 week to create your piece. Once it's ready, international shipping takes approximately 2 weeks, depending on your destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with PayPal or Western Union.

Can I exchange or return my international order?

No. Every piece is handmade to your measurements to ensure the best possible fit, so international orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Orders over $400 USD receive 50% OFF shipping, and orders over $800 USD qualify for FREE worldwide shipping. ✦

Are your designs original?

Yes! Every design is created exclusively by Anturio. From the first sketch to the choice of fabrics, elastics, and every final stitch, each piece is designed and handcrafted by us.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or there's a problem with my order?

If your order arrives with the wrong item, a manufacturing defect, or is incomplete, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can help you as quickly as possible.
